VibeShip Daily ("we") publishes the VibeShip Daily newsletter and runs the ShipIt service at vibeshipdaily.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
To send the newsletter you asked for, deliver ShipIt work, answer support email, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
beehiiv (email delivery), our web host, and, once ShipIt checkout opens, Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act), usually right away.
If you live in California you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't sell or share). We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Email hello@vibeshipdaily.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify that the request comes from you. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
Subscriber data is kept while you're subscribed. ShipIt project files are deleted within 30 days after a project closes, unless law requires longer.
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
